    Tarragon: The latest 'It' herb?

    On Friday night, I order mac 'n' cheese at the Drake Cafe. It arrived laced with tarragon. Just now, I ordered the Sandwich of the Day at O&B's Canteen, next-door to where I work. It's contents included:

    • Focaccia (more like pizza)
    • Provolone
    • Prosciutto
    • Arugula
    • Tarragon...
    What do you think? Has Tarragon been on your radar lately?

    Have to admit that Taragon has not been on my radar but based on the picture here I think I'll give it a try. Thanks for sharing Jess.

    Glad to inspire, Andy. Let me know what you think. Tarragon is not an herb that has gotten a lot of mainstream play in the past.
