Dark and Stormy
2 ounces dark rum
8 ounces ginger beer
Pour rum and ginger beer in a highball glass and stir gently. Add ice cubes. Garnish with a lime wedge. Makes one portion.
The Dark and Stormy is the national drink of Bermuda.
